“Vista del Rio Archaeological Site” Tour

On Saturday, March 18, 2017 from 9-10 am, in celebration of Arizona Archaeology and Heritage Awareness Month, archaeologist Allen Dart (Old Pueblo Archaeology Center’s executive director) will lead this free tour of Vista del Rio, an ancient village of the Hohokam archaeological culture that inhabited southern Arizona between AD 650 and 1450. This event is sponsored by Old Pueblo Archaeology Center and Vista del Rio Residents’ Association at the Vista del Rio Cultural Resource Park, 7575 E. Desert Arbors St. (at Dos Hombres Road), Tucson.
